Unsubscribe
How to unsubscribe, including special information for graduating families.
You can unsubscribe any time by selecting the appropriate listservers and following the simple instructions. NEVER STOP MAIL BY WRONGLY REPORTING LEGITIMATE MAIL AS SPAM. THIS WILL HAVE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES FOR YOU AND OTHERS. (See footnote)
As a school year winds down, families may wonder how to unsubscribe as their student moves on, or whether they need to re-subscribe next year.
All subscribers will remain on our lists except the following:
Graduating senior class families who have subscribed to the following:
- PTA Listserver (the one for the monthly newsletter)
- Hospitality Listserver
Families with a graduated student will be notified when they are unsubscribed. They may contact the Listserver Coordinator after receiving the notification in order to remain on the list if they still have a student at the high school.
- Senior Class Listserver for Parents and Guardians - This listserver will be closed in late July. There's no need to unsubscribe yourself.
- Daily Bulletin Listserver - Unsubscribe yourself
by following the instructions appended in the footer of every
message.

Footnote:
Wrongly reporting legitimate email as SPAM is a serious matter. It can result in your service provider blocking ALL mailings from legitimate servers such as Davis Community Network which has generously provided free listserver services to many other local school groups and non-profits.
It can also seriously jeopardize your ability, as well as those using the same service provider as yours, to receive email from legitimate servers.
The proper way to stop list mail is to unsubscribe yourself by following the standard instructions appended to every message sent via the listserver. If you encountered any problems, please contact your Listserver Administrator.
