Newsletters

The PTA Newsletter is based on the DHS news and published monthly by the PTA. To receive the online newsletter, please subscribe to the PTA Listserver whether you're a PTA member or not. If you would prefer to receive a paper copy of the newsletter, you will need to fill out a DHS PTA Services form. Copies of the newsletter will be available for you to pick up in the front office of DHS. In electronic or paper formats, the newsletter can reach all DHS families. Announcements, articles, dates and details are submitted to our editor via email to:(dhsptamedia@mailman.dcn.org).

Submission Guidelines (for DHS PTA communication tools)

These guidelines apply to all DHS PTA communication channels - the newsletter, listservers, website and web calendar. Only announcements that fall within the guidelines will be disseminated.

Deadlines

Please have all newsletter submissions in by the deadlines in order to have them considered for the upcoming PTA Newsletters which are usually available by the beginning of the month during the school year. Late submissions will be put into the next issue or discarded.
