Attendance Correction Form

This is used when a teacher mistakenly marked a student absent, and it needs to be changed to present or tardy. Students can pick up the Attendance Correction form from their teacher or at the attendance office. The form would need to be filled out and signed by the teacher and returned to the attendance office window in a timely matter so the correction can be made. This information is at the top of Page 11 in the Student Handbook Book that each student picked up at registration.
