The Holmes Jr. High PTA Parent Education Committee is pleased to announce that best-selling author Dr. Robert MacKenzie will be presenting his ideas and thoughts on parenting adolescents to the Davis community on October 15 from 7:00-8:30 pm at the Holmes Jr. High multipurpose room.

Dr. MacKenzie is a local and nationally recognized parent educator and staff development trainer, with more than 25 years of experience helping parents and teachers solve children’s learning and behavior problems. He is the author of three best-selling books. His first book, Setting Limits, helps parents establish clear, firm boundaries for children of all ages and temperaments. Several members of the Parent Education Committee have read and recommend this book highly as another tool for helping kids reach their full potential.
