* SPORTS PHYSICALS
[Received on 6/9/2008] On Saturday, July 12, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, Sutter West Family Medicine, 2030 Sutter Place, will be offering sports physicals for all 7th grade through 12 grade students in the Davis Joint Unified School District. This is a fundraiser for the DHS Athletic Department.
The cost is $30.00/physical. Packets will be available at the
High School, Emerson, Harper, and Holmes. All paperwork must be
complete and a parent/guardian signature is required.
